How to book

To make an easy and quick booking you must follow this steps:

1. Select the dates and the number of people in the search box.
2. The system will display a list of available apartments.
3. Choose the one you like the most and click book.
4. Enter your personal information and make sure you have read and accepted our conditions.
5. Then proceed to the payment of the stay.

After the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the instructions to be followed on the arrival day.

All our apartment rates include VAT.

For each booking, a person older than 18 years is required.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MadreamsRent, we understand that plans can change and we strive to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

Refund Policy:

If you follow our cancellation policy, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the reservation.
Please note that during busy travel seasons, refunds may take longer to process and we are unable to offer refunds for early departures or no-shows.

We strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible, and we understand that unexpected situations sometimes arise. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation and refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

For last minute booking

Contact us by phone or e-mail.

Before arrival

A few days before your arrival we will contact you by e-mail to request your arrival details and to indicate the name and telephone number of the person in charge of your check-in.

The number of tenants allowed to stay in each apartment can not be exceeded in any case.

In case that more guests arrive, it is necessary to notify us in advance, in order to prepare the adequately the apartment and determine the final rate.

Checkin

At the prearranged time, a member of our staff will be waiting for you in the apartment to hand over the keys and the rental contract for the season, which you will have to sign. They will also explain how to operate the appliances in the apartment.

Entry to the apartment will be only after 3 pm. Late check-ins (from 10 pm) will incur an extra charge or 30€ paid upon arrival.

Deposit guarantee

On arrival, you will need to provide a valid credit card number as a deposit guarantee.

In case of any damage caused by the guest, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

It is required to return the apartments in optimal conditions.

Stay

It is prohibited to organise parties or make noises that could disturb the neighbors.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, extept on the terrace or balcony if available.

You will always have an agent available to assist you if you have any inconvenience.

Checkout

It is required to vacate the premises by 11 am, unless otherwise specified.

Each apartment has it’s own specified rate, according to its features.
